Villa Moana

Villa Moana is rented as a whole: you have the entire 85 m² villa to yourself, with space for up to four guests. It has two bedrooms, a private bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a living area with a dining space. This layout lets a family or small group share the communal areas while keeping two separate bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a large double bed. The second has one single bed and one double bed. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. A washing machine completes the facilities. The terrace, balcony and views of the sea, garden and mountains set this villa apart from standard hotel rooms.

The villa has furnished outdoor spaces, an al fresco dining area, a sun terrace, a balcony, a garden and a solarium. These features provide several places to sit outside, read or share a meal. Activities in the area include hiking, fishing, scuba diving and windsurfing.

Inside, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. A coffee machine, dining table and seating area with a fireplace complete the living spaces. The villa has a private bathroom with a bath and shower, as well as a washing machine. Free private parking and free Wi-Fi are also available. The flat-screen TV has satellite channels.

Èze stretches between the seafront and a medieval village perched on the slopes of the French Riviera. The town offers two complementary settings: the beaches and Èze-sur-Mer railway station below, then the village’s stone lanes and views from its hilltop position. You can alternate between swimming, walks in the hills and visits to historic sites, with Nice and Monaco within reach for a day trip.

Èze Beach is 400 m away; Petite Afrique Beach, 1.3 km away, is another option for a day by the water. In the village, the exotic garden brings together plants from arid regions and offers wide views over the coast. Château d'Èze overlooks the surrounding area from the medieval village. For a day out in nature, Grande Corniche Park has trails and viewpoints over the coast. Èze-sur-Mer railway station, 710 m away, connects you to the coast by train; a car is useful for exploring the hills and smaller beaches.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks through the lanes and trips along the coast, with temperatures often milder than in high summer. In July and August, the sea is perfect for swimming, but the beaches and roads of the Riviera are busier. You could start the day with a visit to the village and exotic garden, then continue down to the coast. Nice is a good choice for another outing, with its museums, squares and seafront promenade; Monaco offers a trip to the harbour and its urban districts.
