Villa Pio is offered in its entirety: the four bedrooms, living room, kitchen and three bathrooms make up a single 240 m² holiday home. This layout suits families or groups who want to share living spaces while having separate bedrooms. The villa has three extra-large double beds and three single beds, spread across the bedrooms. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower; the house also has additional toilets.

The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool. In the living areas, you will find a sofa, a fireplace and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals on site, with an oven, fridge and dishwasher among its appliances. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa also has a washing machine, an iron and a drying rack.

The villa has a private infinity pool, a garden, a terrace and sun loungers. A barbecue and an outdoor dining area let you enjoy meals outside.
