The entire villa is available to rent: it has five bedrooms and can accommodate up to thirteen guests. With 300 m² of space, it brings the bedrooms and communal areas together in one house, making it suitable for stays with family or friends. The six bathrooms have a bath and a shower; the villa also has additional toilets. There are eight beds in total, including several double beds and single beds.

The living areas include a lounge, dining area and equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms have air conditioning. The balcony, patio and terrace overlook the garden or pool. A flat-screen TV, washing machine and dishwasher complete the facilities in this detached house. The layout allows the group to get together in the communal areas and enjoy private outdoor spaces.

The villa has a private pool surrounded by sun loungers or beach chairs and parasols. A garden, balcony, patio and sun terrace provide several places to sit outside. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area let you enjoy meals in the garden; a picnic area and barbecue complete these facilities. The pool is enclosed by a fence.

Inside, the shared lounge has a TV area, and board games or puzzles are available. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, among other items. The accommodation has air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Private parking is free, with a charging point for electric vehicles. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. A kettle and coffee machine are also available.

Marseille stretches between the Mediterranean and the hills, with distinctive neighbourhoods, a busy port and a long maritime history. In the 13th arrondissement, the Saint-Just area has a residential atmosphere, away from the busiest quays. The city appeals both to visitors drawn to its museums and architecture and to those who want to spend time along the coast and in the surrounding natural areas.

Saint-Just metro station is 300 m away and connects the area to other parts of Marseille. Marseille-Saint-Charles station is 2.6 km away. The Palais Longchamp, 1.9 km away, houses the Musée des Beaux-Arts and the Natural History Museum in a monumental complex surrounded by a garden. Heading down towards the Vieux-Port, you will find the quays, boats and departures for the islands. The Mucem and Fort Saint-Jean tell the story of the city’s links with the Mediterranean. The coastal beaches, including Plage des Catalans 5 km away, offer a break by the water.

Spring and autumn are good seasons for exploring on foot, when temperatures are often milder for visiting the neighbourhoods and gardens. In summer, you can divide your days between the beaches, walks around the port and cultural visits, planning walks for the cooler hours.
