Villa Romana

Villa Romana is offered as a whole: this 240 m² holiday home is arranged around seven bedrooms, two living rooms and a kitchen. It has six bathrooms and accommodates up to 14 people. The sleeping arrangements comprise ten beds, including double beds, a large double bed and single beds.

The living areas have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The kitchen lets you prepare meals on site, with a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher; there is also a coffee machine and a kettle. The villa has a private pool, a balcony and a terrace. Views look out over the sea, the pool and the mountains. Towels and bed linen are available for an additional charge.

The private pool is one of Villa Romana’s outdoor spaces; it is saltwater and has a shallow end. The terrace, balcony, outdoor furniture and sun loungers let you enjoy time outdoors. Activities are also available nearby, including hiking, walks, canoeing, snorkelling and scuba diving. Guests looking for indoor entertainment will also find a billiards table and board games.

Indoors, the kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and kitchenware. There is also a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and high chair. The living room has a sofa and a dining area. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a flat-screen TV with streaming services complete the facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa; free private parking is available on site.

La Garonnette-Plage is part of the coastal area of Les Issambres, on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The landscape combines beaches, small harbours and the hills of the Provençal hinterland. Visitors come here to alternate between swimming, walks by the water and boat trips, in a seaside resort that gets busier during the summer holidays. Families and groups of friends can easily plan days between the coast and the neighbouring villages.

Garonnette Beach is 550 m from the villa, while Port des Issambres is 890 m away. The harbour provides access to seaside activities and walks along the seafront. Sainte-Maxime, with its harbour, shopping streets and beaches, is a short drive away; the beaches of Les Issambres offer more places to swim. For a cultural outing, Grimaud has an old village overlooked by the ruins of its castle. Fréjus station, 10 km away, connects to the coastal rail network.

In summer, it’s best to plan beach visits for early morning or late afternoon, when the light is softer and the heat subsides. You could start the day with a swim at Les Issambres, continue with a walk through Grimaud’s old village and finish with views over the gulf at sunset. Spring and early autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for coastal walks and exploring the hinterland, usually with fewer visitors than in peak season.
