Villa Sabot de Venus

Villa Sabot de Venus offers a three-bedroom house, rented as a whole and able to accommodate up to eight people. Its 103 m² also include a living room and a bathroom. The sleeping arrangements comprise two large double beds, one double bed and two single beds. The private bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The fitted kitchen lets you prepare meals on site and includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has a seating area and a television, while the house offers mountain views. Bed linen and towels are provided. A washing machine, high chair and outdoor dining facilities complete this house, which is suited to stays with family or friends.

The villa has a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. A barbecue and its equipment let you cook outside; parasols and sun loungers complete the outdoor furnishings. There is also a picnic area. Inside, the kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher.

The living room has a seating area with a television, while the private bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and hairdryer. A washing machine, iron, high chair, bed linen and towels are among the facilities. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa, and free private parking is available on site. Le Lautaret is in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, amid a landscape of hills, forests and valleys that slopes down towards Lake Serre-Ponçon. The hamlets and villages in this Alpine area have a rural atmosphere, with winding roads and wide-ranging views. The region suits travellers who prefer walks, mountain activities and days by the water to city sightseeing.

Saint-Vincent-les-Forts and its fort bear witness to local history, while the Demoiselles coiffées catch the eye with their rock columns topped by boulders. Parc Animalier de Serre-Ponçon offers an outing to see wildlife, and the Costeplane waterfalls can be reached on a walk through a natural setting. The Montclar area has ski slopes in winter; in warmer months, trails, cycling and water sports are among the ways to explore the surroundings. A car is needed to get around, as public transport does not serve the villa.

Summer is suited to swimming, boat trips and walks around the lake, while spring and autumn are pleasant for walking in the valleys and enjoying the scenery without the summer crowds. In winter, nearby resorts welcome skiers. You can spend a day on the shores of Serre-Ponçon and in the surrounding villages, then return to the villa for dinner on the terrace. For a more active outing, mountain trails and cycling routes let you explore the terrain at your own pace.
