Villa Simon

Villa Simon is rented as a whole: its 146 m² include four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. Each bedroom has a large double bed, making all four suitable for families or groups of friends who want to share a house. The accommodation is served by three bathrooms with a bath and shower. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area let you prepare and enjoy meals on site.

The villa also has a living room, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The windows look out over several views, including the sea, pool, garden and town. A balcony and terrace extend the indoor spaces outdoors. Its private entrance leads to a detached house arranged around four bedrooms and shared living spaces, for stays with family or friends.

The seasonal heated outdoor pool is equipped with a cover, sun loungers and parasols. The garden, balcony and furnished terraces offer several places to sit outside. A barbecue and an outdoor dining area complete these facilities. Free private parking is available on site, and the free Wi-Fi connection is suitable for streaming and video calls.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and outdoor furniture. Sanary-sur-Mer is a coastal town in the Var, where the harbour, beaches and residential areas create a Mediterranean landscape. Villa Simon is in a residential area east of the centre, near the coast. Visitors are drawn to the coastline for swimming, seafront walks and days at the beach, while the harbour is a pleasant place to stroll among the boats and Provençal façades.

Dore Beach is 600 m away and Plage dorée is 630 m away; Lido Beach is 900 m away. The Musée Frédéric Dumas, dedicated to the history of scuba diving, is in Sanary. Zoa Parc brings together animals and botanical areas near the town. For train travel, Ollioules-Sanary and Bandol stations are accessible, with the latter 3.1 km away. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 28 km away.

In fine weather, you can alternate between swimming, walks and exploring the harbour; spring and the shoulder season are good times to go out when the beaches are less crowded. The area around Bandol is also known for its vineyards and wines, which you can discover on an excursion into the hinterland. For a day without a car, the villa offers access to nearby beaches; a car makes it easier to visit the villages and landscapes of the Var.
