Villa Solenzaïa

Villa Solenzaïa is rented as a whole: guests have four bedrooms, a living room and three bathrooms across 125 m². It can accommodate up to ten people. The sleeping arrangements include four extra-large double beds, a futon and a sofa bed; the bedrooms are not available separately.

The villa combines sleeping areas with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kitchenware and coffee machine. Air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing complete the layout. There is a bath and a shower, as well as an additional toilet. The living room opens onto a terrace with sea views, while the balcony, patio and views of the garden and mountains distinguish the outdoor spaces. The villa also has a private pool and a hot tub.

The outdoor spaces include a garden, a patio, a balcony and a terrace, with outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. The private pool is complemented by three heated outdoor pools, a water slide, sun loungers, parasols and a pool fence. A hot tub, a water park, a tennis court and a table tennis table offer several leisure options on site. A children's playground and evening entertainment complete these facilities.

Inside, the villa has air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. The barbecue lets you prepare meals outdoors. Free private parking is available on site, along with an electric vehicle charging point; Wi-Fi is free throughout the accommodation. Guests can also make use of a concierge service and laundry facilities. Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge. The villa is detached, and the upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

Grimaud is made up of an old Provençal village perched inland and Port Grimaud, a lakeside town facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Stone-paved streets, houses with colourful shutters and shaded squares give the village a different feel from the seaside. Port Grimaud, with its canals and bridges, offers waterside walks and access to the beaches. The area suits travellers looking to combine swimming, heritage and outdoor activities.

In Port Grimaud, the market and Église Saint-François-d'Assise are part of a walk among the canals and quays. The beaches of Centre Ville and Tamaris are ideal for enjoying the coast, while the Golf Up and Golf de Beauvallon courses attract golf enthusiasts. In old Grimaud, the château and Pont des Fées reflect the village's medieval history. The historic centre is about 4 km from the villa, and the Port Grimaud market is 1.7 km away. Toulon-Hyères Airport is listed as 38 km away in the area.

The warmer months bring long days suited to beach visits and water sports, but also attract more visitors to the coast. In spring and September, milder temperatures are well suited to walks through Grimaud's narrow streets and trips around the gulf. You can spend a day in the village and explore its remains, then head to the coast for a swim or a boat trip. In summer, planning outings for early morning or late in the day lets you enjoy the outdoors during the cooler hours.
