Villa Tiki

Villa Tiki is rented as a whole and has four bedrooms in a 200 m² house. The layout suits family or friends’ stays: the sleeping areas are separate from the living room, while the kitchen and communal rooms give you space to get together. The villa has three bathrooms, several of which are private. Sleeping arrangements include four large double beds and one double bed.

The living area opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool. The private pool, balcony and view of the inner courtyard give the different areas of the house their own character. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave and kitchenware. There is also a coffee machine and a kettle. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site for an additional charge.

Villa Tiki’s outdoor areas include a garden, balcony and sun terrace with furniture and a dining area. The private pool is accompanied by sun loungers, parasols and pool toys. A barbecue and outdoor cooking facilities let you enjoy meals in the garden. The shared lounge and TV also provide an indoor communal space.

The kitchen has a hob, oven, toaster, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee machine, kettle, dining table and kitchenware complete the facilities. The villa has a private entrance, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Free private parking is available on site, including accessible parking. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. Pets are allowed on request, possibly for an additional charge. Equipment for children is also available, including a high chair, safety gates and toys.

Vins-sur-Caramy is a village in the Var hinterland, surrounded by hills and Provençal landscapes. The village retains a peaceful character, with narrow streets and buildings that reflect its history. Here, you can spend your days walking around the village, visiting waterfalls and exploring the small towns of the Var. This property suits travellers who prefer the countryside to the lively coast and want a car to explore the surrounding area.

Château de Vins is 780 m from the village and offers a glimpse of local heritage. Outdoor enthusiasts can visit Le Petit Baou, a waterfall in a natural setting, 3.3 km away. Golf de Barbaroux, 4.3 km away, offers another activity among the hills. Brignoles, 7 km away, is a nearby town to include in an outing around the hinterland. Abbaye du Thoronet, known for its austere Cistercian architecture, is also worth visiting in the region. Public transport is less convenient for travelling between villages; a car gives you more flexibility.

Spring and autumn are well suited to walks and visits, when temperatures are milder. In summer, plan walks for early morning or late afternoon, then enjoy the pool during the hottest part of the day.
