The entire villa is a 65 m² accommodation with two bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one single bed, two double beds and a sofa bed; the maximum capacity is five people. This layout lets you share the home with family or friends while keeping two separate bedrooms.

The equipped kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. The living room opens onto the outdoor areas, with a terrace and balcony facing the sea. The villa also has a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. Both bathrooms include a bath and a shower. Towels and bed linen are available for an additional charge.

The villa has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. It includes a fridge, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and dishwasher, as well as a dining table. This seaside town in Bouches-du-Rhône combines beaches, small harbours and residential neighbourhoods, with the Mediterranean landscape in the background. The seafront sets the pace of the day: swimming in fine weather, walking along the coast or taking a boat trip, depending on conditions. The villa is on the Corniche promenade, in an area facing the sea.

Fernandel Beach is 2.1 km away, and several other beaches line the coast. Côte Bleue Golf Course is 1.7 km away; coastal paths also let you explore the scenery on foot. Sausset-les-Pins railway station, 1.3 km away, connects the town to nearby cities and Marseille. For a cultural outing, MuCEM and the Old Port are in Marseille, about 29 km away. Marseille-Provence Airport is 13 km away; a car is useful for reaching the villa and exploring the coast.

Spring and early autumn are well suited to walks and sightseeing, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer. In July and August, the beaches draw more visitors, so setting out early lets you enjoy the seafront before the busiest hours. You can spend a day swimming and walking along the Côte Bleue, then head to Marseille for its museums and heritage. Water sports depend on weather and the season.
