The villa has three separate bedrooms and can accommodate up to seven people. At 170 m², it brings together sleeping areas and living spaces in a whole property suited to a stay with family or friends. Each of the three bedrooms has a private bathroom; the living room completes the layout and provides an extra sleeping space with the sofa bed.

The sleeping arrangements comprise two large double beds, two single beds and a sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge and utensils for preparing meals. The villa also has a balcony, a patio and a terrace, with views of the sea, mountains and city. The spa bath, sauna and air conditioning are further features of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa combines spaces for relaxation with practical facilities for an independent stay. The wellness area includes a sauna, a hammam and a hot tub; a spa corner and a fitness area complete the facilities. Outside, you will find a balcony, a patio, a sun terrace and a barbecue. The property also has a shared lounge and an outdoor dining area.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee machine and a kettle. There is also a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa. Pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge; bowls and a basket are available. Private parking is nearby, by reservation, at a rate of €30 per day.
