The holiday home has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. It is offered as an entire 65 m² property, with a private bathroom, kitchen and living area. The layout includes a double bed in each bedroom, as well as bunk beds. The property has air conditioning, and the terrace overlooking the garden extends the living space outdoors.

The kitchen lets you prepare meals on site and includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, kitchenware and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower or bath and a hairdryer; a washing machine is also available. A flat-screen TV, seating area and dining area complete the spaces. Bed linen and towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. You will find an oven, hob, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and kitchenware. A coffee machine is also available. The washing machine, iron and drying rack make family stays and longer visits easier.

The terrace has outdoor furniture and a barbecue. The entire property is wheelchair accessible and is on the ground floor. Air conditioning and heating let you adjust the indoor temperature to suit the season. A flat-screen TV, seating area and garden view complete the facilities. Private parking is free and accessible to guests with reduced mobility; Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. A private beach is also among the facilities on offer.

Villeneuve-Loubet combines a coastal area facing the Mediterranean with an old village set on higher ground. The Musée Escoffier de l'Art Culinaire pays tribute to the chef born in the commune and traces the evolution of French gastronomy. For an outing by the water, Plage publique du Loup and the nearby beaches offer access to the coast. Parc Naturel de l'Ermitage, meanwhile, is a place to walk among the region’s natural areas. Cagnes-sur-Mer train station makes it easy to travel by train to nearby towns, while Nice Côte d’Azur Airport serves the area.
