Garden Annexe 2

Garden Annexe 2 comprises a 24 m² holiday home with one bedroom and a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, seating area and outdoor spaces make the property suitable for different uses throughout the day. The terrace and patio open onto the garden and inner courtyard; the barbecue also lets you enjoy meals outdoors.

The kitchen includes a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware, as well as a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The bathroom has a shower or a bathtub. A washing machine, flat-screen TV and soundproofed walls complete the facilities. The house can accommodate up to three people and has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area let you sit in the garden or on the terrace.

Garden Annexe 2’s outdoor spaces include a garden, terrace, patio, outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. A barbecue completes these facilities. Inside, the kitchen is equipped with a dining table, hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and kitchenware. An electric kettle and coffee machine are also provided. The washing machine, tumble dryer, bed linen and towels make everyday living easier.

The property has a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. The seating area has a sofa, and the house has a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available in the communal areas. A bar and a tea and coffee maker are among the dining facilities. The beach, fishing, canoeing, diving and windsurfing are among the activities available nearby.

Villeneuve-Loubet combines an old Provençal village set on the hills with a coastal area facing the Mediterranean.
