The entire villa is the only accommodation available: one bedroom, one bathroom and living areas spread across 140 m². It can accommodate up to six guests. The bedroom has a double bed; the living room includes a seating area and a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning and soundproofing are among the indoor amenities.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. A coffee machine and kettle are also provided. The bathroom has a shower or a bathtub, a toilet and a hairdryer. Bed linen and towels are provided. The villa also has a washing machine, a private entrance and a terrace with views of the sea and garden.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site. A fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave are complemented by a kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. There is an indoor dining area, while outdoor furniture and a barbecue extend meals onto the terrace.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa, and private on-site parking is free. The flat-screen TV offers streaming services, as well as cable and satellite channels. The terrace and garden offer views of the sea and the surrounding area.

Roquebrune-Cap-Martin stretches between Menton and Monaco, along a stretch of coast where beaches alternate with rocky headlands and residential neighbourhoods. The Golfe Bleu area draws visitors looking to swim and walk by the sea; the old village, perched on the hills above, offers a different view of the town, with its narrow streets and historic houses. Rocher Beach is 320 m from the villa.

The coastal path follows the Mediterranean and leads past the town’s beaches. Villa E-1027, designed by architect Eileen Gray, is in the Cap Martin area, 1.3 km away. The old village and medieval castle can be explored by walking uphill from the seafront. For a city outing, Monaco and its Prince’s Palace are 3.6 km away; the principality is also home to the Oceanographic Museum and the Saint-Martin Gardens. Roquebrune-Cap-Martin railway station is 900 m away, while Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport is 19 km away.

Swimming and coastal walks are the main activities on sunny days, but the trails and villages of the Riviera also make for outings outside the high season. You can spend a morning in old Roquebrune, then head down to the sea for a walk around Cap Martin. Spring and autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for walking; in summer, plan to explore the narrow streets and exposed paths during the cooler hours. The proximity of Monaco and Menton makes it easy to vary your sightseeing without leaving this part of the French Riviera.
