The villa is rented as a whole and comprises a separate bedroom, a living room and a private bathroom. Its 52 m² can accommodate up to three guests; the bedroom has a double bed and the living room a sofa bed. This layout separates the sleeping area from the living area while bringing guests together in the same home.

The private kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine among its appliances. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and a private entrance complete the facilities. The balcony, terrace and patio overlook the sea, garden, mountains or city. Towels and bed linen are also provided.

The villa has a private kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and electric kettle. A coffee machine and dining table complete the space. A washing machine, ironing facilities and clothes drying rack are also provided. In the living room, you will find a sofa, dining area and flat-screen TV.

Monaco offers an urban excursion, with the Oceanographic Museum and the districts of Le Rocher; Menton lets you discover a different coastal town atmosphere. Beaches are busier in summer, and journeys may take longer. A car is useful for exploring several towns, while the train serves the main stops along the coast.
