Casa Ludese

Casa Ludese is rented as a whole: guests have the use of the 140 m² villa, with three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms. It is suitable for a stay with family or friends, with a maximum capacity of six people. The sleeping arrangements comprise one large double bed, two double beds and a sofa bed in the living room.

The equipped kitchen and dining area make it possible to prepare and share meals on site. The villa has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. A terrace overlooks the garden and pool, while the windows also offer views of the river and inner courtyard. The private pool, barbecue and outdoor furniture extend the living spaces outside.

The villa has furnished indoor and outdoor spaces for a self-catered stay. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, electric kettle and dishwasher. There is a table for dining indoors, and the living room has a sofa and fireplace. A washing machine, ironing equipment and clothes airer are also provided.

Outside, you will find a terrace, furniture and a dining area. The barbecue and barbecue facilities complete this space, while the garden and outdoor pool invite you to enjoy time outdoors. The villa also has a private pool and an open-air bath. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels is installed in the accommodation, and an internet connection is available.
