Chalet à Gassin au calme sous les pins

The chalet offers 40 m² of accommodation, arranged for up to five people. It has two separate bedrooms, a living room and a private bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds; one also has bunk beds. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. This layout offers several sleeping arrangements in one home, without separating guests into different room categories.

The fully equipped kitchen provides kitchenware, a refrigerator, an oven, a hob, a microwave and a coffee machine. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV complete the indoor facilities. The terrace overlooks the garden and inner courtyard, extending the living space outdoors. The bathroom has a shower or a bath and a hairdryer.

The chalet has a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a hob, a microwave, a toaster and kitchenware. A coffee machine and a dining table make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals on site. The living room has a sofa, while the washing machine, iron and drying rack make family stays easier. A flat-screen TV is provided in the indoor living space.

Outside, the garden, terrace, furniture and dining area extend the living space. Barbecue facilities are also available, as is a fence around the outdoor swimming pool. The accommodation is detached and located on the ground floor; it has air conditioning and heating. Free private parking is available on site. The chalet does not have an Internet connection.

Gassin is in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between the Provençal hills, vineyards and Mediterranean coast. The old village, perched on a hill, has narrow lanes and open views over the countryside and the sea. The neighbouring village of La Croix-Valmer, 460 m away, has shops and everyday services. This part of the Var suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, walks through villages and visits to wine estates.

Pardigon Beach is 3.2 km away; Heraclée Beach and La Bouillabaisse Beach also provide access to the sea. The old village of Gassin, 2.4 km away, is worth exploring on foot, along its lanes and among its old houses. Château de Chausse, 1.4 km away, offers a chance to discover a local wine estate. Further afield, Grimaud draws visitors with its castle ruins and medieval heritage. A car is useful for reaching the beaches, villages and estates scattered around the gulf.

In summer, the coast gets very busy and the beaches are popular for swimming; setting out in the morning lets you enjoy the seaside before the busiest hours. In spring and the shoulder season, milder temperatures are suited to walks in Gassin, Ramatuelle or Grimaud and visits to vineyards. You can spend a day on the coast, then set aside another for the hilltop villages and the landscapes of the Var hinterland.
