Chemin de la Roseraie

The entire villa is rented as one unit and has six bedrooms across 150 m². It can accommodate up to eleven people and has three bathrooms, one of which includes a walk-in shower and a bath. The shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge, so you can share meals and relaxing moments without splitting into separate accommodation. Air conditioning and a private entrance complete the facilities.

The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, a microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fireplace. The beds comprise one large double bed, four double beds and two single beds, spread across the six bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa combines leisure facilities and practical spaces for stays with family or friends. The private outdoor pool has a shallow area, a swim-up bar, a cover and sun loungers. The garden, sun terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue make it easy to enjoy meals and time outside. A shared lounge with a TV and a games room complete the communal spaces. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine and dining table are also available. Bedroom facilities include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and free Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. Free private parking is available on site, with an accessible parking space also provided. An airport shuttle is available for an additional charge.

Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a seaside resort on the Var coast, on the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The landscape combines sandy beaches, coves and wooded hills, with an atmosphere shaped by the sea and outdoor activities. The centre has a Provençal market, promenades and everyday services; holidaymakers can alternate between swimming, boat trips and walks along the shore. The villa is less than a kilometre from the village and its shopping streets.

Plage du Parc, 1.5 km away, is a spot to enjoy the seaside, while the Pardigon Remarkable Natural Site offers a more unspoilt coastal landscape. The Monument to the Provence Landings recalls the Allied landings in the region. The Provençal market takes place in the centre, where you can discover local produce and Var specialities. A car is useful for exploring the surrounding area, particularly for reaching the villages around the gulf and the beaches along the coast. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 42 km away.

In summer, the days are ideal for swimming and water sports, and the coast is very busy. Spring and early autumn often offer pleasant conditions for walking along the coast and visiting nearby villages in a quieter atmosphere. You could spend a day at the beach in the morning, stroll through the centre and then visit the natural landscapes of Pardigon. If you enjoy being out at sea, you can also plan a boat trip around the gulf, depending on what is available at the time.
