Villa L'Emeraude

Villa L'Emeraude is let as a whole: guests have 100 m², three bedrooms and a living room, with space for up to six people. The villa has three private bathrooms and four beds in total: two large double beds, one double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The living areas are air-conditioned.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals on site. It includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room opens onto a terrace with sea views; the balcony also overlooks the pool and mountains. The private pool, barbecue and outdoor areas complete the house. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has a heated private infinity pool and a landscaped garden with a terrace, balcony and sun loungers. The barbecue and outdoor furniture make it possible to dine outside, and there is also an outdoor dining area. Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation. Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation.

The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table, seating area and flat-screen TV complete the indoor spaces. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is a seaside resort in the Var, on the Mediterranean coast, between the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Maures massif. The town is centred around its harbour and seafront, with sandy beaches, coastal walks and activities on the water. Its setting suits swimming holidays and days that include walks in the surrounding area. The Provençal market and town-centre streets also offer a chance to discover local produce and customs.

Plage du Parc is 1.5 km from the villa. In the centre, the Espace Archéologique traces aspects of the local past, while the Monument du débarquement de Provence commemorates the events of 1944. The Site Naturel Remarquable de Pardigon offers another setting for exploring the coast and observing coastal landscapes. The Domaine du Rayol, 4.5 km away, features landscaped gardens devoted to plants from Mediterranean regions around the world. A car makes it easier to visit the beaches and villages of the Gulf; the villa's free private parking lets you park on site.

In summer, the beaches and harbour attract more visitors, and the days are well suited to swimming and walks by the sea. Spring and early autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for exploring coastal paths or visiting the gardens of the Domaine du Rayol. For a varied day, you can spend the morning at the beach, explore the town centre and market, then take a coastal walk in the late afternoon. The mistral can blow along the Var coast, so an extra light layer is useful on windy days.
