Couleur Lavande

The rooms at Couleur Lavande accommodate two or four people and all have a private bathroom and air conditioning. They offer views of the garden and swimming pool, with several sleeping arrangements suited to couples and families. Room sizes range from 32 to 55 m². A 32 m² family room has a very large double bed and a sofa bed; another 32 m² room is set up for two people with a large double bed.

The two rooms for four people differ in size and layout: one is 42 m² and has a large double bed and a sofa bed, while the 55 m² Deluxe Double or Twin Room adds a terrace overlooking the garden. Depending on the room type, the bathroom has a shower or a bath. Some rooms also include access to the executive lounge. Views of the outdoor spaces are a feature shared by the different rooms.

Couleur Lavande has two swimming pools, including a shallow area, and a garden around the house. The sun terrace extends the outdoor spaces; outdoor furniture, sun loungers and pool or beach towels are also available. You can enjoy the bicycle loan, badminton equipment and darts. A shared lounge with a TV and access to the executive lounge complete the communal spaces.

The village offers a glimpse of a less urban Provence, with old streets and local life continuing throughout the year. It suits travellers who want to combine walks, heritage and excursions by car.

In central Le Thor, the Porte de l’Horloge and the Château du Thor bear witness to local history; the Notre-Dame-du-Lac Church is also worth a stop. The Thouzon Cave offers an underground visit in a natural setting, while L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue draws visitors with its canals, water wheels and antique markets. Le Thor railway station is 2.1 km away and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue railway station is 3.9 km away. Avignon is a good place to spend a day exploring its ramparts, the Palace of the Popes and the Pont Saint-Bénézet.

Spring and autumn are pleasant times to explore the villages and landscapes of the Vaucluse, with temperatures often suited to walking tours.
