The entire house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to nine people. It offers 90 m² of space, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a seating area. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed, a large double bed, bunk beds, a futon and a sofa bed. This layout allows several guests to share the house while having separate bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a toaster and a microwave. There is a dining table indoors, and the terrace extends the living space into the garden. The town makes a convenient stop for discovering Provençal landscapes, hilltop villages and walking trails. Visitors interested in heritage can also explore its churches and museums before heading to the more rural areas.

The Musée juif comtadin and Hôtel d'Agar offer a glimpse into different aspects of local history. Saint-Véran Cathedral is in the centre, and Saint-Jacques Hill has a walking route with views over Cavaillon and the valley. Cavaillon railway station is 750 m from the house and connects the town to the regional rail network. Base Nature du Grenouillet, 2.1 km away, offers an outdoor recreation area.
