Gites le Pimayon

Gites le Pimayon offers several self-contained houses, from two-bedroom accommodation to larger houses with three or four bedrooms. The historic centre retains the Porte du Soubeyran and the Porte de la Saunerie, reminders of the former town walls. Notre-Dame-de-Romigier Church and Lou Paraïs Museum, dedicated to Jean Giono in his former home, complete a walk focused on local heritage. Verdon Regional Natural Park begins near the town and offers a change of scene, with villages, gorge landscapes and outdoor activities. Manosque-Gréoux railway station is 3.6 km away; Marseille Provence Airport is 65 km away. A vehicle makes it easier to explore the surrounding area.

For a day in the area, you can start with the lanes and gates of the old centre, then spend the afternoon exploring the landscapes of Verdon or the Luberon.
