Gulf Stream Villa

Gulf Stream Villa is a 250 m² villa suited to group stays. It has five bedrooms, a living room and five bathrooms, and can accommodate up to eleven people. The beds comprise three large double beds, one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The living room and shared areas give guests space to gather, while the bedrooms provide separate places to rest.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a private entrance and air conditioning. A balcony, patio and terrace extend the indoor spaces. From the villa, you can admire the sea, garden, pool and mountains. The outdoor pool is private. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower. A dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and coffee machine complete the facilities for a stay with family or friends.

Gulf Stream Villa has a heated private saltwater pool, with a shallow end, a pool bar and sun loungers. The garden, balcony, patio and furnished terrace offer a range of outdoor spaces. You can dine outside, enjoy the garden furniture or use the barbecue. Parasols and pool or beach towels are also provided.

Inside, the kitchen includes a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, fireplace and seating area. The flat-screen TV, satellite channels, DVD player, CD player and iPod docking station complete the media facilities. Wi-Fi is free in the bedrooms, private parking on site is free, and pets are welcome at no extra charge.

Les Issambres stretches along the Mediterranean coast of the Var, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. This part of the commune of Roquebrune-sur-Argens alternates between beaches, small coves and residential neighbourhoods facing the sea. The harbour and beaches set the pace of the day: swimming, walks by the water and water sports are among the pleasures of the coast. The villa is in an area where outdoor spaces and sea views complement the coastal landscape.

Plage des Peiras is 1.5 km away and Plage San Peïre is 1.6 km away. Port des Issambres, 1.7 km away, offers a glimpse of local maritime life. Vivier Maritime Gallo-Romain, 1.9 km away, bears witness to the ancient occupation of the shore and its fishing activities. Further afield, Sainte-Maxime Golf Club offers a course with views over the Mediterranean landscape. Fréjus train station is 9 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between the beaches and neighbouring towns.

In summer, the coast draws swimmers and is busier, particularly around the beaches and harbours. Spring and early autumn are well suited to coastal walks and sightseeing, with a generally quieter atmosphere. You can divide a day between a morning by the water, a visit to the harbour and an outing to Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Raphaël. For activities at sea, the coves and beaches in the area offer several places to start swimming and snorkelling.
