Santa Rosa

Santa Rosa is rented as a whole: all four bedrooms are in the same 160 m² villa, which sleeps up to eight people. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and the house also has four toilets. The layout comprises three large double beds and two single beds across the bedrooms. It suits a family or several travellers who want to stay together while having separate sleeping areas.

The living areas include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge. The villa also has air conditioning, a spa bath and a sauna. The balcony and terrace offer several views, including of the sea, garden, pool, mountains and town. The private pool and garden extend the relaxation areas outdoors.

Santa Rosa has a private pool heated from early April to late November, as well as a hot tub heated all year round. A sauna, spa area and sun loungers complete the relaxation facilities. The garden, patio, balcony and terrace offer outdoor spaces to enjoy, while the barbecue and outdoor dining area provide space for al fresco meals.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Indoor facilities include a shared lounge, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. Free private parking is available by reservation. Pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge. Games and equipment for children are also provided.

Les Issambres stretches along the Var coast between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. This residential seaside area combines small coves, sandy beaches and hillside neighbourhoods facing the Mediterranean. San Peire, where Santa Rosa is located, lets you enjoy a stay between the sea and the hills, in a town where days out can include swimming, walks and water sports. The coast has a different feel from one cove and beach to another, while the higher ground offers views across the gulf.

The port of Les Issambres and the local beaches are good reference points for a day by the water. Peiras Beach is 1.8 km away, and several other beaches lie along the shore. The Gallo-Roman Maritime Fishpond, 2.1 km away, bears witness to ancient settlement along the coast. Sainte-Maxime, with its port and seafront, is within driving distance for a stroll or a boat trip. Fréjus offers another outing, with Roman remains and an old town; its railway station is 8 km away. A car makes it easier to explore the different beaches and neighbouring towns.

In summer, the coast draws swimmers and water sports enthusiasts, and is busier during the day. Spring and early autumn are well suited to coastal walks and visits to nearby villages, with temperatures often milder. You can spend a day at the beaches, then discover the heritage of Fréjus or the seafront at Sainte-Maxime. The Var hills also have walking trails for a change of scene away from the shore.
