In central Nice, the old town, museums and Castle Hill are ideal for a day exploring heritage and the seafront.

Spring and autumn offer pleasant conditions for walking the trails and visiting the gardens, while summer is better suited to swimming and days on the coast, with larger crowds. For an excursion, you can spend the morning at Villa Kérylos and the afternoon walking along the headland, with a break at a beach.
