The villa has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. Each has a double bed, making the layout suitable for three couples or a family. The bedrooms are part of an entire 500 m² house, with two bathrooms and shared living areas. The villa is let as a whole, so guests have use of the kitchen, living room and outdoor areas without sharing these spaces with other guests.

The house has air conditioning. Views of the garden and pool, as well as access to the terrace and patio, are features of the stay. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine, among other facilities. Bed linen and towels are provided. All three bedrooms have the same sleeping arrangement; the outdoor areas and private pool complement the spaces set aside for rest.

The outdoor areas include a garden, patio, sun terrace and outdoor furniture. An outdoor dining area and barbecue make it possible to eat outside. The private pool and outdoor pool are major features of the villa; the latter is open seasonally. The accommodation is self-contained and has air conditioning. Family rooms and non-smoking areas are available.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals on site, with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine, household linen, towels and an iron add to the practical facilities. The shared lounge has a flat-screen TV. Free private parking is available on site. The villa does not have an Internet connection.

Vidauban is in the Var hinterland, between the wooded hills of the Massif des Maures and the wine-growing plains stretching towards the coast. The town retains a Provençal everyday atmosphere, with its streets, squares and shops, while the surrounding estates reflect the importance of vineyards in this part of the Var. The area suits travellers who want to alternate peaceful days with walks in nature and visits to villages, without staying directly on the coast.

There are several short trips to enjoy nearby. A walk to the Cascade de l'Aille takes you to a natural site, while Château d'Astros and the region's wine estates offer a glimpse of the local landscapes and produce. Vidauban Golf Club provides another outdoor activity. Vidauban train station is 3.2 km away; a car makes it easier to travel between the town, estates and neighbouring villages. Vidauban town centre is also a good place to stop and experience the local atmosphere before continuing your journey.

In spring and autumn, temperatures are often pleasant for walks nearby and visits to the vineyards. In summer, the pool offers a break during the hottest hours, and the Mediterranean coast can add a day of swimming to your stay. To discover the Var at a leisurely pace, plan a morning walk, lunch in the area, then a visit to an estate or an excursion towards the landscapes of the Massif des Maures. The villages and vineyard roads also make for short trips, which you can adapt to the season and the heat.
