The entire villa covers 140 m² and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six people. The spaces are arranged in a self-contained property with a kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave; there is also a washing machine. Air conditioning and a flat-screen TV complete the indoor facilities.
