La Maison Provençale

La Maison Provençale is rented as a whole: its 45 m² comprise two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a sofa. Each bedroom has a large double bed; a sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space, bringing the total capacity to five people. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

The open-plan kitchen lets you prepare meals on site. It includes an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a washing machine. The terrace extends the indoor space into the garden, with outdoor furniture. A private entrance provides easy access to this detached house, which is suitable for family or friends’ stays.

La Maison Provençale has an outdoor swimming pool and a pool for children. The garden is furnished with outdoor furniture and a dining area, while the sunny terrace offers another place to enjoy the outdoors. Pool or beach towels are also available. The house has air conditioning and heating; the upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

The kitchen includes a dining table, hob, oven, toaster, electric kettle, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, coffee machine and flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels complete the facilities. Wi-Fi is free throughout the house, and private on-site parking is also free. There is also a café on site.

Cogolin is a Provençal town in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, between the hills of the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean. Its old centre, squares and shopping streets give it the feel of a lively town, while the coast and neighbouring villages make for a stay focused on the sea and walks. La Maison Provençale is a base for exploring this part of the Var with family or friends, with beaches, heritage sites and vineyards nearby.

In the centre of Cogolin, the Clock Tower is a local heritage landmark, 950 m away. The Musée Sellier has collections devoted to the town’s history and traditions, 1.0 km away. Grimaud, 3.2 km away, is known for its medieval lanes, castle ruins and views over the gulf. The coast at Port Grimaud, 5 km away, offers walks along the canals and beaches. A car makes it easier to get around the different parts of the gulf; beaches and villages are spread out around Cogolin.

The warmer months are ideal for swimming and seaside outings, with more visitors in July and August. Spring and early autumn often bring pleasant conditions for visiting Grimaud, exploring Cogolin’s lanes or discovering the Var’s vineyards. You can spend a day on the coast, then head back inland for a walk through the villages. In summer, allow extra time to travel between the beaches and towns around the gulf, particularly at busy times.
