The bedroom offers views of the garden and swimming pool, a feature that sets this house apart from standard rooms without private outdoor space. The kitchen has a hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine; a table and outdoor furniture provide places to eat on site. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and hairdryer. A large double bed completes the layout of this independent house.

The house has free private parking on site, with no prior reservation required, as well as a terrace with outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. The garden extends this outdoor space. Inside, air conditioning and heating let you adjust the temperature according to the season, and the accommodation is on the ground floor.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals: you will find a hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and utensils. There is a table for dining indoors, while the sunny terrace offers another place to sit. Bed linen and towels are provided. Reception is open 24 hours a day, and breakfast is available à la carte. You can explore its old town on foot, with its shopping streets, squares and historic buildings. The town has a Provençal atmosphere throughout the year; in summer, the beaches and nearby harbours attract more visitors. The market and local wine estates also offer a glimpse of life in the area.

The Clock Tower is 850 m from the house and serves as a landmark in the town centre. The village of Grimaud, 3.3 km away, has sloping lanes, old houses and castle remains. Gassin, 4.7 km away, offers village lanes and views over the gulf. The beaches at Marina de Cogolin and Port Grimaud are about 5 km away, where you can enjoy the seaside and water sports. A car makes it easier to travel between villages, beaches and wine estates. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 33 km away.

Summer days are well suited to outings along the coast, but visitor numbers rise during school holidays; setting off early lets you enjoy the beaches before the busiest hours. Spring and early autumn generally bring pleasant temperatures for exploring the villages and trails of the Maures. In September and October, the region's wine estates mark the grape harvest season. You can spend a day in Grimaud and Gassin, then finish with a stroll around the harbour or along the seafront.
