Both properties are two-bedroom holiday homes designed to accommodate four people. Each has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa and flat-screen television. Air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool are among their shared facilities. The bathrooms are private and include a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

The two houses differ in size: the first measures 90 m² and the second 85 m². Each has a large double bed and two single beds, with a different sleeping arrangement in each property. The 90 m² house has two private bathrooms; in the 85 m² house, one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchens include a refrigerator, oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. The terraces overlook the garden and swimming pool.

Both houses have a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and utensils. A kettle and coffee machine are also provided. The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen television and a dining area. Bed linen, a wardrobe or clothes rack and ironing equipment are among the indoor facilities.

Outside, the garden has furniture, sun loungers and a dining area. The sun terraces and barbecue make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors; an open-air bath is also available. The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is enclosed by a fence and has parasols. Free private parking is nearby. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the property. The houses are on the ground floor and have private entrances, air conditioning and heating.

Aubignan is a village in Vaucluse, in the Comtat Venaissin, between Carpentras and the vineyards of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Its narrow streets, old houses and squares create a lively Provençal setting amid vineyards and olive groves. It is a place suited to family stays, walks through nearby villages and discovering the region’s food and wine.

Aubignan market is 920 m away and offers a chance to discover local produce. The Belfry, 900 m away, is part of the village’s heritage; the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation and Saint Victor Martyr is 930 m away. Beaumes-de-Venise, 1.7 km away, is known for its wines and vineyard landscapes. Carpentras, with its old town and market, is served by a railway station. For a family outing, Parc Spirou Provence is about 13 km away.

The warmer months are well suited to walks through the villages and visits to wine estates. In late summer and autumn, the grape harvest brings the vineyards of Vaucluse to life. You can spend a day in Carpentras, then continue to Beaumes-de-Venise or the villages of the Dentelles de Montmirail. In summer, the swimming pool and outdoor areas offer a break after excursions; spring and the shoulder season are also a quieter time to explore the surrounding area.
