Le Jardin de Lau

Le Jardin de Lau welcomes guests in three accommodation options with different capacities: a 20 m² Small Double Room for two, a 35 m² Family Suite for four and a 55 m² Superior Suite for five. All have a private bathroom, air conditioning and views of the garden and swimming pool. The room has a kitchenette, while both suites have a kitchen with a dishwasher.

The accommodation opens onto furnished private terraces, some of which are covered and face the swimming pool. The suites offer more space, with a living room in addition to the bedroom and a kitchen for preparing meals. The Family Suite has one large double bed and two single beds; the Superior Suite has one large double bed and three single beds. The Small Double Room has one large double bed, which can also be arranged as two single beds.

Le Jardin de Lau has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and areas set up for enjoying the outdoors. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers and parasols accompany the terraces, while barbecue facilities let you prepare meals outside. The water park and cycling tours are among the activities available nearby; the paths are also suitable for walks, horse riding and hiking.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes a private bathroom. A coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a refrigerator and a microwave are among the available amenities; the suites have a kitchen. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Private on-site parking is free and cannot be reserved. A television, radio and kitchenware complete the practical amenities.

Aubignan is a village in the Vaucluse, between the vineyards of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the slopes of Mont Ventoux. Its narrow streets, old buildings and market offer a glimpse of life in a Provençal village, while the surrounding vineyards and country roads invite you to take your time. The village suits travellers who want to alternate walks, heritage discoveries and trips into the countryside.

The belfry, Aubignan market and the Church of Notre-Dame de l’Annonciation and Saint-Victor Martyr are a few hundred metres away. About 2 km away, Beaumes-de-Venise is known for its wines and vineyard landscapes; wine lovers can also visit the surrounding wine estates. Carpentras, with its historic centre and markets, is 6 km away. Mont Ventoux dominates the region and attracts cyclists and hikers. Carpentras railway station makes it possible to reach the village by car or taxi; having a car makes it easier to visit the villages and wine estates.

Spring and autumn are good times for walks among the vineyards, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer. In summer, sunny days are ideal for visits to the swimming pool and morning trips to the villages; it is best to take water and set off early for hikes. The harvest period, generally in September and October, offers another opportunity to explore the vineyards. For a varied day out, you can visit Beaumes-de-Venise, stop in Carpentras and then spend the late afternoon on the country paths around Aubignan.
