Le Mas de Loume

Le Mas de Loume offers two accommodation units called Double Room with Terrace. They share several facilities: a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace with mountain views and a flat-screen TV. Both spaces also have a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffee machine. Their layout lets you prepare meals and enjoy the outdoors without leaving your accommodation.

The first room offers 27 m² of space and can accommodate two people. The second measures 45 m² and is suitable for three people; it also stands out for having a washing machine. Both units include a large double bed and a private entrance. The terrace opens onto the surrounding hills, while soundproofing helps keep the interior quiet. These spaces suit couples and small groups who prefer to have a kitchen and private bathroom during their stay in Sault.

Le Mas de Loume has a garden, a sun terrace and outdoor furniture. The outdoor dining areas let you sit out on the terrace, while the accommodation has private entrances and soundproofed rooms. Heating, ironing equipment and laundry service add to the practical facilities. Family rooms and non-smoking rooms are available. The village is a reference point for visitors exploring Mont Ventoux and the scattered villages in the area. The surrounding countryside attracts hikers and cyclists, as well as those looking to enjoy Provençal landscapes; in summer, lavender fields colour the plateau. Le Mas de Loume is in the rural area of Loume, away from major roads and public transport.

Mont Ventoux, whose roads and trails attract cyclists and hikers, is 4.7 km away. The Nesque Gorges offer cliff scenery and routes to explore; Monieux provides access to the area and its lake. The Ventoux Truffle Museum showcases a product emblematic of the region. A car is particularly useful for getting around, as public transport does not serve the accommodation. Marseille-Provence Airport is 64 km away.

In summer, it is best to head out early in the morning, before the hottest part of the day, and stroll through the lavender fields. Cyclists can plan a day on the roads of Ventoux, while walkers can choose a trail in the gorges or on the heights. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures make outings in the surrounding area more pleasant. You can spend a day exploring the scenery, stopping in a neighbouring village and returning to Sault for a walk through the village streets.
