Two holiday homes are available, with different capacities and floor areas. The 2-Bedroom House measures 50 m² and accommodates up to four people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a private bathroom and a kitchen. Its garden and swimming pool are shared with the owners’ house.

The 7-Bedroom House, measuring 150 m², can accommodate up to ten people and has seven bedrooms and two living rooms. It has a bathroom with a bath and a fully equipped kitchen. Both homes have air conditioning and garden views. They include a terrace, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as a flat-screen TV. Kitchen facilities also include a fridge and a microwave. The beds differ between the homes: two double beds in the first and five double beds and two single beds in the second.

The outdoor areas include a garden, a terrace, outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. A picnic area and barbecue facilities make it easy to eat outdoors. Sun loungers or beach chairs, as well as pool or beach towels, are also available. The outdoor swimming pool completes these facilities, while children can enjoy the outdoor play equipment and board games.

Indoors, the kitchens are equipped for preparing meals and include a hob, an oven, a toaster, a fridge, a dishwasher and an electric kettle. The house also has a coffee machine, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV with a streaming service. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Free private parking is available on site, and pets are allowed, possibly for an additional charge. Bike tours and walking tours are among the activities available nearby.

Cotignac is a Provençal village in the Var, recognisable by its tall tuff cliff overlooking the houses and old lanes. The troglodyte dwellings carved into the rock tell the story of the village, while its squares and fountains invite you to explore at a leisurely pace. The surrounding countryside combines vineyards, olive groves and wooded hills, making it well suited to travellers who want to combine heritage visits with outings in nature.

The troglodyte dwellings in the Rocher de Tuf are 240 m away, and the Rocher de Tuf Museum is 260 m away. Cotignac Waterfall is also nearby, while Sillans Waterfall, known for its turquoise water and woodland setting, is 4.7 km away. Verdon Regional Natural Park offers landscapes of plateaux, gorges and lakes, ideal for hiking and outdoor activities. A car is useful for exploring the villages and natural sites of the Var. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 47 km away.

Spring and autumn are pleasant seasons for walking in the hills and visiting villages without the summer heat. In summer, plan walks for early morning or late afternoon, then take a break in the shade or by the water. You could start the day with a walk through Cotignac’s lanes and troglodyte passages, then head to the waterfalls or the landscapes of the Verdon. Wine lovers can also discover the vineyards in the surrounding countryside.
