The entire villa is the only accommodation available: an independent 170 m² space designed for up to eight guests. It has four separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and four bathrooms. The beds comprise one large double bed, two double beds and two single beds. This layout allows a family or group to stay under one roof while having several bedrooms and private bathrooms.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a tumble dryer complete the indoor facilities. The terrace overlooks the sea, and the villa also has a balcony with garden views. The private pool, terrace and barbecue extend the living areas outdoors. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has outdoor areas furnished for enjoying the climate in Les Issambres: a garden, balcony, sun terrace, outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. A barbecue and barbecue facilities are available. The private infinity pool is heated and filled with salt water; sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are also provided. A pool bar is among the facilities.

Indoors, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The villa also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing equipment, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. A playground and outdoor games are provided for children. Private parking is free, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Les Issambres is a coastal area in the commune of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, on the Var coast between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. The landscape combines sandy beaches and coves, Mediterranean pines and hills rising inland. The atmosphere is that of a seaside resort facing the sea, with a harbour and residential neighbourhoods along the coast. Days can easily be divided between swimming, walks by the water and relaxing in the outdoor spaces.

Gireliers Beach is 800 m from the villa; other beaches, including San Peïre and les Peiras, line the coast. Les Issambres harbour is 980 m away and offers a glimpse of local maritime activity. In Sainte-Maxime, the seafront and the Tour Carrée recall the history of the harbour and town. For a more urban outing, Fréjus combines Roman remains, an old town and a marina; its railway station is 10 km away. Sainte-Maxime Golf Course is 6.8 km away.

A car makes it easier to travel between the beaches, coastal villages and inland sights. In summer, the sea and water sports set the pace of the days, while coastal traffic can be heavier. Spring and early autumn often offer pleasant conditions for walking the coastal path and exploring the area. A day might start with a swim, continue with a stroll around the harbour, and end on the terrace overlooking the sea. The area's beaches and coves also let you vary your swimming spots during your stay.
