Villa Design Mougins is rented as a whole: guests have the entire villa, arranged around three bedrooms and with a maximum capacity of six people. This self-catering accommodation of 115 m² includes a private bathroom, a fitted kitchen and dining and living areas. The layout suits families or a small group who want to share the communal spaces while retaining several bedrooms.

The villa has a private pool and openings onto the garden and pool. A terrace with outdoor furniture makes it possible to dine outside, while the kitchen includes a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The three beds comprise one extra-large double bed and two double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided; the bathroom has a walk-in shower and a hairdryer.

Mougins is a Provençal village in the hills of the Cannes hinterland, with an old centre of narrow lanes and views of the surrounding landscape. Its atmosphere differs from that of the seafront: here you can discover small squares, stone façades and places associated with art and Provençal cuisine. The villa is in a residential part of the town, convenient for exploring the coast while returning to a quieter setting in the evening.

Cannes is reachable by car; the Palais des Festivals is 8.6 km away and the Croisette beaches are around 7 km away. You can combine a walk along the boulevard with a swim and a visit to the Musée de la Castre, in the Suquet district. Grasse, 11 km away, offers another outing focused on the history of perfumery; the International Perfume Museum complements a visit to the perfume houses. For a break in nature, Valmasque Park has paths beneath the trees. Mouans-Sartoux railway station is 2.7 km away, and Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 22 km away.

In spring and autumn, the temperatures are pleasant for exploring the villages and markets in the region. In summer, you can divide the day between the pool, an early outing to Cannes and a late afternoon in the lanes of Mougins, before returning to the villa. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, the beaches, Grasse and the natural areas. For a more cultural day out, the Suquet and its lanes can be combined with Cannes’ museums; another excursion takes you to the perfumeries and collections of Grasse.
