The entire villa is available to book: it covers 135 m² and has five separate bedrooms, a living room and three bathrooms. It can accommodate up to ten people. The living spaces include an equipped kitchen, a dining area and rooms designed for spending time together as a group. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool, while a balcony provides another outdoor space. The bathroom has a shower and a bath; additional toilets make stays for several people more convenient. The kitchen has a fridge, a dishwasher, a hob and a coffee machine. The house has eight beds in total, including double beds, sofa beds and bunk beds. A high chair is also available.

The private pool, accessible from the garden and terrace, is one of the villa’s main places to relax. It has a shallow end and salt water; sun loungers, parasols and pool or beach towels are available. For dining outdoors, you’ll find a barbecue, garden furniture and an outdoor dining area.

The house has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob and kitchenware. A coffee machine and kettle complete the facilities. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Free private parking is available on site, with access for guests with reduced mobility. The children’s playground and outdoor games offer additional leisure options on site.

Régusse is a village in the Haut-Var, set amid a Provençal landscape of hills, pine trees and small roads linking the towns of the Verdon. Its rural atmosphere suits travellers who want to alternate outings in nature with walks through villages, rather than spending their days in a large seaside resort. The village’s lanes, squares and shops offer a glimpse of local life, while the surrounding area is well suited to walks and cycling.

The Moulins de Régusse, with their restored windmills, are among the local attractions; the village is 770 m from the villa. Saint-Laurent Church and the Accueil Moulins Museum are also within walking distance, at 790 m and 850 m. Lac de Sainte-Croix, 7 km away, has shores for swimming and water sports amid the natural landscape of the Verdon. Villecroze, known for its troglodytic caves and park, lies further afield. A car makes it easier to travel between the villages and the region’s sights.

Summer’s warm days are well suited to breaks by the lake and water sports; spring and early autumn are pleasant for walking or driving along the roads of the Haut-Var. You can spend a morning in Régusse and visit its windmills, then head to the lake for the afternoon. Village markets and stops in nearby towns offer a chance to discover local produce and scenery throughout the seasons.
