Villa piscine - Gorges du Verdon & Lac Sainte-Croix

Villa piscine is rented as a whole: guests have a 170 m² home with four bedrooms and a maximum capacity of ten people. This layout allows families or groups to share the living room, kitchen and terrace while having separate sleeping areas. The villa has two bathrooms, one with a bath and walk-in shower.

The living area combines a seating area and dining area, while the equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. The terrace overlooks the garden and private pool. The house also has a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and a barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided. This is a single entire villa, not several room categories offered separately.

The villa has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site, with a hob, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. A dining area and outdoor furniture let you eat inside the house or in the garden. The barbecue completes the kitchen facilities.

Outside, the private pool is accompanied by sun loungers, pool or beach towels and a pool cover. The terrace and garden offer different spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Inside, the self-contained accommodation has a seating area, a flat-screen TV and a washing machine. A high chair and books, DVDs or music for children are also provided. Free private parking is on site, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. The upper floors are accessible by stairs only.

Régusse is a village in the Haut-Var, in the Provençal hinterland. Its landscape combines village houses, hills and wooded areas, with a more rural feel than the coast. You can explore the village on foot, particularly around Saint-Laurent Church and the market, while the windmills recall local history. This countryside suits travellers who want to alternate swimming, walks and visits to villages rather than stay in a lively seaside resort.

The Verdon Regional Natural Park stretches around Régusse, and Lake Sainte-Croix is 8 km away. Its shores offer opportunities to enjoy the water and take part in water sports. Les Moulins de Régusse, 960 m away, are a local heritage landmark. For an inland excursion, the villages of Moissac-Bellevue and Montmeyan offer another perspective on the Var’s architecture and landscapes. A car makes it easier to travel between these sites and different parts of the Verdon. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 93 km away.

In summer, the days are well suited to swimming in the lake and outdoor walks; this is also when the shores of the Verdon are busiest. Spring and early autumn offer pleasant conditions for exploring villages and trails, often with fewer visitors. You can spend a day enjoying the lake scenery, then return to Régusse for a walk through the village or a visit to the windmills. In hot weather, it is best to plan walks for the morning or late afternoon.
