The five rooms at Villa Esmeralda Adults Only are designed for two people and all have air conditioning, a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Décor and facilities vary by category: the twin and double rooms are available with or without sea views, while the Deluxe Double Room combines 20 m² of space with a terrace. Rooms with sea views also have a balcony, except for the Deluxe, which opens onto a terrace.

The two twin rooms differ in their bed configuration and access to the outdoors: one offers a sea view and a balcony, while the other overlooks a quiet street and has a private entrance. The double rooms follow a similar arrangement, with one version featuring a balcony and sea view and another without these features. The harbour and seafront promenades lend it the feel of a coastal village, with activities centred on swimming, boat trips and days in the sun. Plage de l’Arpillon is 290 m away and San Peïre Beach is 320 m away.

Les Issambres harbour, 840 m away, is a good spot to watch the boats and enjoy the seafront. Chapelle de la Nartelle and the Gallo-Roman Marine Fishpond offer a glimpse of local heritage; the latter recalls the ancient occupation of this part of the coast. Sainte-Maxime, with its harbour, shopping streets and beaches, is reachable by car. Saint-Raphaël Valescure railway station is 15 km away, and a car makes it easier to travel between the various beaches and neighbouring villages.
