Villa Florence is rented as a whole: its 190 m² include four bedrooms, a lounge and a kitchen, with a maximum capacity of eight people. Each bedroom has a large double bed. The villa has three bathrooms, one of which is en suite; the other bathrooms are accessible from the shared areas.

The house has air conditioning, and the living spaces open onto a balcony or terrace. Views of the sea, garden and swimming pool distinguish this villa from accommodation made up of separate rooms.
