The entire villa is a single 180 m² accommodation unit designed for up to eight people. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and four large double beds. This layout suits larger families or friends who want to share the living areas while having separate bedrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine, among other amenities. The living room has a lounge area and a fireplace, while the terrace extends the shared spaces outdoors. The sea view is a particular feature of the house; the garden, pool and mountains are also visible. The local beaches offer a choice of places to swim. Plage du Parc is 1.8 km away and Plage du Dauphin is 2.0 km away; Plage de Bonporteau, 2.8 km away, offers another coastal setting. In Cavalaire, Marché Provençal is an opportunity to discover local produce and customs. Monument du débarquement de Provence recalls the Allied landings on this stretch of coastline.
