Villa JuliMée

Villa JuliMée offers an entire 262 m² house arranged around six bedrooms, a living room and four bathrooms. It can accommodate up to fifteen people, with two double beds and eleven single beds distributed among the bedrooms. This layout suits large families and groups who want to share the communal areas while still having several separate bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a fridge and a coffee machine.

The outdoor spaces also set the house apart: the balcony, patio and terrace come with views of the sea, garden, pool and surroundings. The villa has a private pool, a barbecue and a seating area with a fireplace. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower. Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional charge; cleaning and linen are available as optional extras on request.

Villa JuliMée combines household amenities with outdoor facilities. The kitchen includes a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine. A dishwasher and washing machine are also available. The living room has a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels, as well as a fireplace. Wi-Fi is free throughout the villa.

Outside, you’ll find a private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, garden furniture and a sun terrace. The patio and balcony provide additional places to eat or relax. The villa has free private parking on site. Activities in the area include hiking, canoeing, diving, horse riding, fishing and water sports. A beach, a water park and a minigolf course are also among the leisure options nearby. Pets are allowed on request, with a possible surcharge.

Les Issambres stretches along the Var coast, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. This coastal district of Roquebrune-sur-Argens has beaches, coves and a marina, set amid Mediterranean scenery of pine trees and coastal hills. Life centres on the seafront: swimming, coastal walks and water sports shape the days. The villa is in the Grand Boucharel area, where several beaches line the coast.

Grand Boucharel Beach is 740 m away, while Corniche d’Azur Beach is 800 m away. Further along, Les Issambres harbour, 4.0 km away, offers a walk by the boats and a glimpse of local maritime life. Areca Park, 2.3 km away, is another option for a stroll in leafy surroundings. Fréjus is a place to explore historic heritage, including Roman remains and its cathedral in the historic centre.
