VILLA LA QUIETUDE

VILLA LA QUIETUDE is rented as a whole: the 120 m² house has four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight guests. The bedrooms are in an air-conditioned villa with soundproofing and views of the garden, pool or inner courtyard. The private pool and terrace extend the living spaces outdoors.

The beds comprise three large double beds and one double bed. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, with an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher. A coffee machine, kettle and microwave complete the facilities. The house also has a washing machine, minibar and fireplace. Towels and bed linen are provided; both bathrooms have a shower.

The villa has a private pool, garden, patio and sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for enjoying the outdoors, and the outdoor furniture includes a dining area. A barbecue is available for preparing meals on site. The house is wheelchair accessible and located on the ground floor. Free private parking is available without prior reservation.

Inside, the kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine. You will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV and fireplace. Free Wi-Fi is available in the shared areas. The reception is open 24 hours a day; private check-in and check-out are available, with an express option. Packed lunches are offered, and the minibar adds to the facilities. The villa also has a shared lounge and TV area.

Les Issambres stretches along the Mediterranean coast in the commune of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus. This coastal area alternates sandy beaches, small coves and rocky stretches. You can spend your days swimming, walking by the shore and taking boat trips from the port. The area is particularly lively in summer, when holidaymakers flock to the beaches and the terraces come to life.

Several beaches and coves line the coast around the villa. Plage des Gireliers is very close, while Plage San Peïre and Plage des Peiras offer other places to swim or relax in the sun. Port des Issambres welcomes pleasure boats and provides a starting point for exploring the coast by sea. In Sainte-Maxime, Tour Carrée recalls local history, and the seafront is a pleasant place to continue your walk. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station serves the region; a car makes it easier to travel between the different beaches and neighbouring villages.

For a quiet day, you can alternate a morning swim with lunch near the port and an late-afternoon walk along the shore. In summer, it is best to visit the beaches early in the day, before the crowds and the hottest part of the day. Spring and early autumn often bring pleasant temperatures for walking along the coast and exploring the surrounding area. Hiking enthusiasts will also find routes inland, away from the seaside areas.
