Villa Lalou is rented as a whole: a single 120 m² villa designed to accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. This layout suits families or groups who want to share communal spaces while having separate bedrooms. Air conditioning helps keep you comfortable on hot days.

The villa has a private swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the garden. Facilities include a dishwasher, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV and a barbecue. The three beds are distributed between the bedrooms: one double bed and two large double beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower or a bath, free toiletries and a hairdryer.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site. You will find a hob, an oven, a toaster, a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine. A dining table completes the space. A washing machine, household linen and ironing equipment are also provided.

Outside, a terrace, garden furniture and a dining area let you enjoy the garden and barbecue. The outdoor swimming pool is private and has a shallow end. Indoors, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels complete the facilities. Free private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property are available. Families can also make use of a high chair and board games or puzzles.

Fréjus stretches between its old town and the Mediterranean coast, in the Var. The town combines a visible Roman heritage, shopping streets and a long coastline facing the sea. Families can alternate swimming with visits to historic sites; walkers will also find trails in the wooded hills bordering the town. The villa is in a residential area, away from the busy seafront.

The historic centre retains Saint-Léonce Cathedral, its cloister and baptistery, as well as the remains of ancient Roman Fréjus. The cathedral is 2.4 km from the villa. The Indochina Wars Memorial and the Hông Hiên Tu Pagoda offer insights into other chapters of local history. For a day by the water, Fréjus Beach is 2.9 km away; the port and nearby beaches offer walks and swimming. Fréjus railway station is 2.7 km away. The Estérel Massif, 9 km away, draws walkers with its red rocks, forests and panoramic views.

Summer is ideal for boat trips and days at the beach, although the coast is busier. In spring and September, temperatures are often pleasant for visiting the old town or exploring the Estérel trails. You can spend the morning visiting Fréjus’s monuments, then head to the coast for the afternoon. A car makes it easier to travel between the town centre, beaches and natural areas; the railway station also lets you reach the town centre without driving.
