Villa les écureuils is rented as a whole and offers 140 m² of space for up to ten people. The house has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a layout suited to families and groups of friends who want several spaces to sleep and get ready. The villa has air conditioning, while the private kitchen lets you prepare meals on site.

The rooms open onto varied views of the garden, private pool and mountains. A balcony and terrace extend the indoor living spaces, and there is also an outdoor dining area. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee machine. A flat-screen TV, washing machine and barbecue complete the facilities. The villa has five beds in total, spread across the three bedrooms and sleeping areas.

Villa les écureuils has a private outdoor pool that is open seasonally, with sun loungers and parasols for enjoying the garden. The balcony and sun terrace extend the living spaces; an outdoor dining area and barbecue make it possible to eat outside. Indoors, the shared lounge and games room provide separate spaces to spend time together or relax.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. The house also has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and hairdryer. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, and free private parking is on site. Pets are allowed on request, at no extra charge. Saint-Jean-de-Cannes and the area around Fréjus combine wooded hills, Provençal villages and the Mediterranean coast. The area appeals to travellers who want to alternate days by the water with walks through a more rural landscape. The Estérel Massif, with its red-rock hills and trails, is 4.2 km away; its paths are ideal for hiking and cycling. A car makes it easier to get between the hamlets and beaches.

The coast around Théoule-sur-Mer and Mandelieu-La-Napoule has several beaches, including Raguette Beach, 6.2 km away. Château de la Napoule, 6 km away, houses a château museum facing the sea, with gardens to explore. Théoule-sur-Mer and Mandelieu-La-Napoule train stations connect the area with coastal towns. Cannes also offers a seafront and the collections of the Musée de la Castre. For outings in nature, Estérel Park has routes through forest with views over the Mediterranean.

Summer is suited to swimming and days on the coast, although the beaches are busier. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures are well suited to hiking in the Estérel and visiting nearby villages. You can spend a day walking the trails in the morning, taking a break by the water and visiting Château de la Napoule. The hills and coastline thus offer complementary activities without requiring long journeys.
