Villa Les Trois Chênes, piscine privée & vue mer sur Golfe de Saint Tropez

The entire villa has four separate bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. With a floor area of 110 m², it combines sleeping areas with two living rooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The beds comprise three large double beds and two bunk beds. The bathroom has a bath and shower; a bidet and additional toilet are also provided.

Air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing complete the interior. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave and coffee machine. The terrace overlooks the sea and pool, with further views of the garden and mountains. A balcony, fireplace and barbecue are also features of this house. Towels and bed linen can be provided for an additional charge.

The private outdoor swimming pool is one of the villa’s main facilities; pool toys, beach towels, sun loungers and parasols are also available. The garden, outdoor furniture and sun terrace provide several spaces to enjoy the outdoors. The barbecue and outdoor dining area make it possible to eat outside. Free Wi-Fi is available in the bedrooms, and free private parking is accessible to guests with reduced mobility.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. A washing machine and tumble dryer are provided. Leisure facilities and activities include a games room, board games, badminton, table tennis, walking and cycling tours. The coast is also suitable for snorkelling, canoeing and windsurfing; a golf course is less than 3 km away.

Les Issambres is a coastal area of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, on the Mediterranean coast of the Var. The coastline alternates between beaches, rocky coves and small ports, amid hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation. Days can easily be spent swimming, walking by the water and taking boat trips. This part of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez suits travellers who want to explore the coast without staying in a large resort town.

Gireliers and San Peïre beaches are nearby, about 1.3 km and 1.6 km away. Bonne Eau Cove, 1.4 km away, offers another stretch of coast to explore. The port of Les Issambres adds to the seafront walks. Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus offer a change of scene, with shopping streets, heritage and beaches. Fréjus railway station is 9 km away, while La Môle Airport is 23 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between the various beaches and towns in the area.

In summer, the sea and water sports set the pace; mornings are pleasant for walking along the coast or enjoying the coves before the busiest hours. In spring and September, temperatures are often still suitable for walks and excursions, with fewer visitors than in the height of summer. You can spend a day at the beach, then head to Sainte-Maxime or Fréjus to explore their old towns. The inland hills also offer hiking routes, while windy days are well suited to sailing sports.
