Villa Louise-Rose

Villa Louise-Rose offers five apartments, from a compact 18 m² unit to apartments measuring 36 m². All have a kitchen, a private bathroom and air conditioning. Kitchen facilities include a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and coffee machine, among other appliances. The flat-screen TVs have satellite channels.

The layouts vary between apartments: some sleep two people, while others can accommodate up to three or four guests thanks to a sofa bed or an additional single bed. Views also differ from one unit to another: garden, inner courtyard, swimming pool, river or lake. Several apartments have a terrace, and some also have a balcony. The Apartment with Garden View stands out for its separate living room, while the Ground-Floor Apartment has step-free access and a terrace.

Villa Louise-Rose has an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and several furnished spaces where you can enjoy the fresh air. You’ll find a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. There is also a picnic area, while the beach and water sports are among the nearby options. Hiking, cycling and walking are also ways to explore the area.

Each apartment has a kitchen and a private bathroom. The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Free private parking is available on site and does not require advance reservation. A continental breakfast is served on site, and breakfast in the room is also available. For meals in the apartments, facilities include a coffee machine and kettle, among other items.

Villeneuve-Loubet stretches between residential neighbourhoods, the old village and the coastline of the Alpes-Maritimes. Along the seafront, pebble beaches and coastal promenades set the scene; a little further uphill, the historic village retains its narrow lanes around a medieval castle. The municipality therefore offers two complementary settings, with swimming and heritage to explore. Families enjoy the beaches and outdoor spaces, while curious visitors can head to nearby towns for their museums and markets.

Plage de l’Hippodrome is 250 m away, and Plage des Bouches du Loup is 300 m away. Marina Baie des Anges, recognisable by its white pyramid-shaped architecture, is a feature of the coastal landscape; its landscaped gardens are 1.3 km away. In the old village, the Château médiéval des Villeneuve recalls local history. Cagnes-sur-Mer railway station is 1.6 km away, and Villeneuve-Loubet station is also in the municipality. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 4.7 km away; a car lets you explore the coast, while the train serves several nearby towns.

The coast is easy to explore over a day that alternates between the beach, a walk and a visit to the village. In summer, days are hot and the coast is busier; spring and early autumn often offer milder weather for walking and sightseeing. A trip to Antibes lets you explore the ramparts and the Picasso Museum, while Nice invites you to discover its squares, museums and the Promenade des Anglais. The coastal paths and parks in the municipality also offer places to take a break away from the seafront.
