Villa Pieds dans l’eau offers just one accommodation unit: a three-bedroom villa designed for six people. With 90 m² of space, it brings the bedrooms and communal areas together in a whole house suited to a stay with family or friends. The three bedrooms have a total of two double beds and two single beds.

The equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals on site. It includes a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. A coffee machine, dining table and kitchenware are also available. The villa has air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a washing machine, a sofa and a clothes rack. Three bathrooms complete the layout.

The landscape alternates between pine forests, rocks and inlets, with the feel of a Provençal coastal town. The villa is near Cap Rousset Beach, in an area where the sea naturally becomes part of your stay.

Calanque du Cap Rousset, 170 m away, offers access to the shore and the landscapes of the Côte Bleue. Fernandel Beach is 600 m away; further on, the beach at Calanque des Eaux Salées is another rocky inlet to explore. The Côte Bleue Marine Park Observatory, 1.3 km away, offers a closer look at local marine life. Carry-le-Rouet railway station is 900 m away and Marseille Provence Airport is 11 km away. A car is useful for exploring the coves and neighbouring towns, while the railway station offers another way to get around.

Summer days are made for swimming, boat trips and walks along the coast; the sun can be strong in the middle of the day, while mornings and late afternoons are pleasant times to walk. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures make coastal walks enjoyable, and visitor numbers are often lower than in peak season.
