VILLA REIALA Carry-le-Rouet offers two configurations for the entire villa, both with a private pool, a kitchen and air-conditioned living areas. The first measures 100 m² and accommodates six people. It has two bedrooms, a lounge with an extra bed, a private bathroom and a private garden. Its fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy, with an oven, a dishwasher and a coffee machine among its appliances.

The second configuration offers 130 m² and accommodates up to eight people. It combines a main house with a 30 m² annexe with a bedroom and a private bathroom, giving guests more independence. It also has a private pool, a patio and a pool view. Both villas have an outdoor dining area and a barbecue. Sleeping arrangements include double beds and single beds; the larger configuration has an extra bedroom in the annexe.

The outdoor areas include a private pool, a sun terrace, a patio and a garden. You can also make use of the outdoor furniture, sun loungers, parasols and an al fresco dining area with a barbecue. A picnic area and a children’s play area complete the facilities. The villa is air-conditioned and has a shared lounge with a TV.

The facilities and surrounding area are suitable for hiking, canoeing, fishing, horse riding and scuba diving. The beach is also among the activities and facilities on offer. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a fridge. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa. Free public parking is available on site, and reservation is not possible. Entertainment options include movie nights and evening entertainment.

Carry-le-Rouet is a small seaside town on the Côte Bleue, between Marseille and the Étang de Berre. The coastline alternates between beaches, rocky coves and pine forests; the port and town centre give the town a distinctly maritime feel. Visitors come to swim, walk the coastal paths or discover Mediterranean scenery. The villa is in a residential area, within walking distance of the centre and the coast.

Cap Rousset Beach is 750 m away and Carry-le-Rouet train station is 500 m away. Trains connect to nearby towns along the Côte Bleue and to Marseille. The Observatoire du Parc Marin de la Côte Bleue offers an insight into local marine environments, while the Calanque des Eaux Salées is a rocky coastal landscape. Inland, Ensuès-la-Redonne is a nearby village. Marseille-Provence Airport is 11 km away; a car is useful for exploring the beaches and villages along the coast.
