Villa Roka

Villa Roka offers two accommodations for two people: a 21 m² double room and a 55 m² apartment with a separate bedroom. Both have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace and garden views. The double room has a private entrance and a bath; it also includes a shower. Its layout suits a stay for two with a dedicated sleeping area.

The apartment stands out for its separate living room and kitchen, equipped with an oven, hob, refrigerator and utensils. A dining area completes the space, while the terrace extends the accommodation towards the garden. The double room has a simpler layout, with an extra-large double bed and a private terrace. These two accommodations therefore offer different layouts, depending on whether you prefer an apartment with a kitchen or a double room.

Villa Roka has free private parking on site, with no reservation required. Wi-Fi is free in the rooms. The outdoor areas include a garden, a terrace, outdoor furniture and a picnic area; there is also an outdoor dining area. The villa is on the beachfront.

The accommodations are air-conditioned and have a kettle or a welcome tray. Special diet menus are available on request. For relaxation, massages and body or beauty treatments are available, including manicures, pedicures and facials. You can also enjoy yoga, fitness or aerobics classes and book a personal fitness trainer. The garden and terrace complement these wellness services and sports activities.

Six-Fours-les-Plages stretches along the Var coast, between coves, beaches and neighbourhoods facing the Mediterranean. The Brusc area retains a harbour atmosphere, with its jetties and waterside walks. Travellers come here to alternate between swimming, coastal walks and discovering maritime landscapes. Cros Beach, close to Villa Roka, sets the tone: here, the sea shapes the day and activities often take place outdoors.

Charmettes Beach and the other coves in the area offer different ways to enjoy the shoreline. Le Brusc, 650 m away, is a landmark for boat trips and jetties to the islands. Grand Gaou Beach, 1.7 km away, offers the chance to discover an island landscape known for its trails and coastal views. The Musée Frédéric Dumas, 4 km away, explores the history of scuba diving. For train travel, Ollioules-Sanary station is 4.8 km away; a car is useful for exploring the different beaches and neighbouring towns.

In summer, the Mediterranean coast attracts more visitors, and the days lend themselves to morning swims followed by a walk in the late afternoon. Spring and early autumn often offer a quieter atmosphere for walking along the coast and exploring the Brusc area. You can spend one day at the beaches, then set aside another for coastal paths and boat trips. Waterside walks remain pleasant out of season, when the local pace is quieter.
