Villa Romy - calme & piscine chauffée

Villa Romy has just one accommodation unit: the Superior Villa, an entire 130 m² home that can accommodate up to eight people. It comprises four bedrooms, a living room and three bathrooms; the layout suits families or groups who want to share living areas while having separate bedrooms. Air conditioning, a private entrance and soundproofing complete the indoor spaces.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge and coffee machine. The bathrooms have a bath and a shower, as well as additional toilets. The balcony and terrace offer views of the sea, garden and pool. A barbecue is also available. The villa has four large double beds, and bed linen and towels are provided.

The villa has a heated saltwater outdoor pool, open seasonally, with sun loungers and a pool cover. The garden, outdoor furniture, al fresco dining area and barbecue make it easy to spend time outside. The terrace and balcony offer several spaces to enjoy views of the sea, garden and pool. Free private parking is available on site without prior reservation.

Indoors, air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms make your stay comfortable. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. You will also find a washing machine, tumble dryer, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Sanary-sur-Mer is a coastal town in the Var, on the Mediterranean coast between Toulon and Bandol. Its harbour, where fishing boats sit alongside traditional pointus, sets the tone for a destination focused on the sea. You can alternate between swimming, walks along the quay and boat trips. The local beaches and coves attract families as well as travellers looking to enjoy the coast without giving up the shops and amenities of a lively town. The landscape combines pine trees, gardens and coastal hills.

Plage de la Gorguette and Plage Dorée are 600 m away; Plage du Lido is 900 m away. Zoa Parc, a wildlife and botanical park, is 1.8 km away and offers a visit in leafy surroundings. Musée du jardin des Oliviers is 1.7 km away. For a more urban outing, the centre of Sanary lets you explore the harbour and old streets.
