Villa Mimosa

Villa Mimosa is rented as a whole: the 60 m² space comprises two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, while the lounge and kitchen are on the lower floor. The sleeping arrangements include one extra-large double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed; the villa accommodates up to five people. It is therefore suited to a stay with family or friends, with separate spaces for sleeping and sharing meals.

The kitchen allows you to prepare meals on site and includes a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and coffee machine, among other facilities. The lounge has a sofa and television. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The private bathroom has a shower and toilet. A covered terrace, accessible from the kitchen, extends the living space towards the private garden, with an outdoor dining area.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing and enjoying meals on site, with a hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and utensils. Marignane is in Bouches-du-Rhône, between the Étang de Berre and the Mediterranean coast. This Provençal town combines residential neighbourhoods, green spaces and local heritage. Its location makes it possible to reach nearby beaches and the region’s major urban centres by car. The shores of the Étang de Berre offer opportunities for walks and a breath of fresh air, while Marignane town centre lets you discover places connected with the town’s history.

The Musée Raimu traces the career of the Marseille-born actor and displays objects and documents relating to cinema. Marignane’s historic Château des Covet and the Musée d’Histoire, d’Art et de Traditions populaires offer a closer look at local heritage. The Musée de l'Aviation will interest aviation enthusiasts. Marseille-Provence Airport is 2.8 km away, and Vitrolles Aéroport Marseille Provence railway station is 4.8 km away. The city centres of Marseille and Aix-en-Provence are about 20 minutes away by car.

The region can be visited all year round, with particularly long days and access to the beaches that is especially appealing in summer. In summer, it is best to plan coastal outings for early morning or late afternoon, when the heat is less intense. For a varied day out, you can spend the morning in Marignane and its museums, then head to the coast for a walk or a swim. Spring and autumn are well suited to city visits and excursions in the surrounding area, with temperatures often milder than at the height of summer.
